ILSA Yumeng Li is a multidisciplinary artist, award-winning designer, and founder of PEAR & MULBERRY. Her practice bridges publishing, cultural research, digital humanities, and contemporary visual storytelling through artist books, installations, and cross-media works centered on memory, heritage, and identity.

Stephen Zongheng Sun is a designer-technologist and founder of PEAR & MULBERRY. His work connects computational design, advanced fabrication, and cultural storytelling, shaping the studio’s approach to publications, material experimentation, and research-driven creative practice.

Together, they bring a hybrid foundation in design, technology, and cultural inquiry to PEAR & MULBERRY, building the studio as a platform for contemporary publishing and cross-cultural storytelling.
